Join Us For Estate Planning Information
Heritage Health Care Campus is hosting an estate planning event November 21 from 6-7 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
Timothy R. Alley from the Chamberlain Law Group will provide information on “Estate Planning and Options to Pay for Care Without Going Broke.” General estate planning topics including Powers of Attorney (health and financial), Wills and Trusts and how to pay for care over time through the use of VA benefits, Medicare and Medicaid.
Alley received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University in 1993 and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2001. His focus is on Estate Planning and Elder Care. He was awarded the Dean’s Scholars Award as well as the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for outstanding academic achievement in contracts. He also served in the Army National Guard from 1990-96, receiving an honorable discharge.
