Debra Manley

Kelly Ebersbach
Administrator (419) 728-7013Oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, including community outreach, and client admissions.
Kelly graduated from Bluffton University with Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Recreation Therapy and minors in Criminal Justice and Art.
Kelly has worked in long term care for more than 20 years. She started as a Director of Activities and has worked in many different capacities- Director of Volunteers, Director of Marketing, and Administrator. Kelly assisted in opening three brand new assisted living facilities (two of which were in Lima and one in Columbus).
Kelly lives in Bowling Green, Ohio with her husband, Dave and their son, Bryce. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys interior decorating, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Leslie Dimick
Office Manager (419) 728-7015Manages employee relations including orientation, insurance, safety programs and client billing.
Leslie graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001 from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has been a member of the Heritage Corner Health Care Campus team since August 2004.
As the Office Manager, Leslie is responsible for client billing, employee payroll, much of the day-to-day maintenance of employee, staff files and office related duties. She is also in charge of facility programs that are essential to client and employee safety.
Debbie Hatfield, LSW, LNHA
New Programs Manager (419) 728-0285Manages the development of new programs and services while providing education to the community.
Debbie, a sister to Mark Manley, grew up in the health care business. Starting at the age of 16 as a nurse's aide, she worked at the Manley Family nursing home facility, the Heritage, in Findlay, Ohio for over 30 years.
A graduate of BGSU, she continued her health career as a licensed social worker at The Heritage. Through the years Debbie was instrumental in the opening of a 43 bed assisted living apartment complex and a 30 bed dementia assisted living free standing facility. Most recently Debbie earned her nursing home administrators license and has been overseeing operations of skilled nursing, intermediate and assisted living care at The Heritage in Findlay.
She resides in Findlay with her husband, Rick. Debbie has a son living in Madrid, Spain and a daughter residing in Brownwood, Texas. Interests include traveling to see her children, running and enjoying the outdoors.
Geoffrey Trautman
Director of Activities (419) 728-0278Plans and coordinates daily client activities, and recruits and organizes volunteers to assist with special functions.
Geoff was born and raised in the Cleveland area with three brothers. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2006 with a major in Gerontology and a cognate in Recreation.
Geoff has 5 years experience working with older adults in activities, including volunteering at Wood County Committee on Aging.
Geoff is excited to serve as Heritage's Activities Director. He looks forward to working with the clients, staff, and the community to build relationships and develop creative and meaningful activities and interactions.
Geoff's interests and hobbies include playing and watching sports, working out at the BG Community Center, reading, and spending time with family and friends. He currently resides in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Brian Dimick
Maintenance & Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor (419) 728-7017Supervises the maintenance department responsible for general repairs, installations, services, and the grounds.
Brian's responsibilities cover the whole Heritage Corner Campus including Discovery Kingdom Child Care Center. He has been a part of the Heritage Corner team since 1999. Brian keeps contracted services to a minimum. He repairs all HVAC, wiring, call light system, sewer, plumbing, and outdoor grounds.
Brian also performs many around-the-home services such as hanging pictures, completing general repairs, and even fabricating and installing requested items. Brian hopes that he makes everyone's experience at the Heritage Corner a seamless transition from home.
Sean Fitzpatrick
Executive Chef / Director of Culinary Services (419) 728-7016Oversees the culinary department to ensure clients' nutrition needs are met through delicious, high quality meals.
Sean obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena Heights University majoring in Hotel Restaurant Management as well as his Associates degree in Business Administration. Sean also attended Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio for three years with continued education in Criminal Justice.
Throughout his career, Sean has had the opportunity to work for the Hilton, Marriott, Canteen, Avi Foodservice, Kosch Catering as well as several hospitals and restaurants. Although he has lived in Toledo the majority of this life, Sean has also lived and worked in Orange County California, Delray Beach Florida and Cleveland, Ohio.
Besides cooking, Sean enjoys working out, Yoga, reading, gardening, relaxing on the beach, and watching Michigan Wolverines and Denver Broncos play football. Although he has many interests and hobbies, Sean loves spending time with his kids, grandchildren, sister, and his friends.
Misty Dimick
Director of Discovery Kingdom (419) 728-7014Manages daily operations including inquiries, admissions and personnel recruitment, and oversees all activities.
Misty is responsible for Discovery Kingdom and has been a part of the Heritage Corner team for over ten years. She takes care of all inquiries, admissions, day-to-day operations, recruiting and selection of personnel. She oversees all children activities as well as plans intergenerational programs with the senior friends at Heritage Corner.
Misty insures a safe nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. She makes every effort to continuously provide children with challenges to enhance their desire to make new discoveries.
Monica Manley
Assistant Director of Discovery Kingdom (419) 728-0282Oversees lesson plans, intergenerational activities, and all responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
Monica and her family lived at the Heritage Inn in Findlay for the first five years of her life; in those years she learned more about life and natural life span from her elderly playmates then she could have ever imagined. Those life lessons are still with her 20 years later.
Most children are not comfortable around older people because of the perceptions of sickness and aging. Monica's goal at heritage Corner is to "break the stereotypes of the elderly, and pass on their knowledge to the youth of today."
