Monica and her family lived at the Heritage Inn in Findlay for the first five years of her life; in those years, she learned more about life and natural life span from her elderly playmates then she could have ever imagined. Life lessons that are still with her 20 years later. Most children are not comfortable around older people because of the perceptions of sickness and aging. Monica's goal at The Heritage is to "break the stereotypes of the elderly, and pass on their knowledge to the youth of today."
