Chef Mathew Manley trained at and graduated from the school of Indiana University of Pennsylvania Culinary Academy. He then worked at the world renowned four star, five diamond resort Pinehurst, in the beautiful sand hills region of North Carolina. Chef Mathew returned home to settle in the Bowling Green area with his wife Kathy.

Now the Executive Chef at Heritage, Mathew has led and developed the culinary team into one of the most unique and professional teams in the health care industry. They enjoy cooking a variety of foods for the clients, families, and their friends.
