Kelly graduated from Bluffton University with bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Recreation Therapy and minors in Criminal Justice and Art.

Kelly has worked in long term care for more than 20 years. She started as a Director of Activities and has worked in many different capacities - Director of Volunteers, Director of Marketing, and Administrator. Kelly assisted in opening three brand new assisted living facilities (two of which were in Lima and one in Columbus). She is excited about this opportunity to work at Heritage Corner and is looking forward to getting to know the residents and their families.

Kelly lives in Bowling Green with her husband, Dave and their son, Bryce. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys interior decorating, traveling and attending sporting events.
