Club Dining gives our clients, and their friends and family the opportunity to have a complete upscale restaurant experience without leaving the comfort of The Heritage Corner Campus. Club Dining is by reservation only, with limited seating accommodations on select Friday nights at 6:30 p.m. In order to keep these dining experiences new and fresh Chef Mathew changes the menu quite often. All of the items on the menu are made from scratch with the freshest and most exotic ingredients available. Each menu consists of four appetizers, four entrees and four desserts; we ask that our customers choose one of each. Some of the items that have been on the menus in the past are: Chilled Strawberry Soup, Greek Salad, Marinated Green Bean Salad with Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette, Breaded Veal Cutlet Gruyere, Pork Chops Oscar, Polynesian Chicken, Ribeye Delmonico Steak, Peach Melba, Bananas Foster, Crème Brulee, Pumpkin Ginger Ice Cream, and Assorted Citrus Sorbets. |
