Admission Steps:
• Arrange for a conducted tour of the facility and a personal interview with Debra Manley, Admission Director. • Fill out the PRE-ADMISSION QUESTIONNAIRE and return it. • Notify your family physician of the move and complete a resident health assessment. • Complete the Financial Agreement. • Deposit - To hold the unit of your choice for up to 7 days, a deposit of one week's rent (7 days) is due. The 8 th day the normal billing cycle will begin. Upon admission your deposit will be credited to your first months rent.
